Hello, the room walls, bed sheets and everything was full of smoke, sticky, first day room (217) ceiling was full of leaking stains , falling cement’s, iron was not working , bathroom sink drain was not having any stopper, looks gross…. Breakfast was just a paper work, it’s was in lobby on one 8x4 patrolling table, plastic bottle which has cream was sooo gross, we even touch breakfast which was on one small plastic folding table. We have to go nearby shops for breakfast for both days as kids were so hungry. Second days I requested non smoking room, it was having broken sink drain , no drainage, so gross, I’ve to go at 130am to request for again room change and was not convenient to change in the middle of the room. Please do something to improve services and facilities cleanliness . I mean to say actually rooms, not the lobby only, I am happy to discuss over phone if needed, Thanks

Breakfast was nonexistent. There was coffee in the lobby didn’t even have real cream, powdered cream. Some sort of iced cake in packages that you would get from a low end store.

NOTHING. The whole place was nasty and smelly. Roaches, bedbug and mouse infested hotel. The smell of cigarette and weed will not let you breath. I could not stay in the hotel, i had to check out within an hour of checking in. Total waste of my mone
